If you are planning a Tempe wedding there are many venues to choose from. For this post we’ll focus on Pera Club. The venue has a lot of options including two buildings for wedding receptions, meetings, etc., Also a recreational area, volleyball, basket ball and tennis courts, a large pool with life guards, a fitness center and a play ground.

Pera Club Review

Be aware PERA Club is a private facility for SRP employees and their families. Hosting an event at PERA Club requires the employee to make the reservation and be present the day of the event. However, employees may sponsor non SRP employees if the room is available for your date. If you know someone who works for SRP you’re in luck!

If you are planning a Tempe wedding this may be a venue to take a look at. The club offers good correspondence durring your planning phase. But they don’t offer many services for weddings. You’ll need to find your own Disc Jockey, Photo Booth, Photographer, Officiant, ectetera. The venue does offer catering and cakes made with whipped cream frosting and topped with fresh flowers. Events must end by midnight.

The smaller venue offers downstairs and upstairs areas for your wedding, meeting, conference, birthday, graduation, etcetera. You can tell the age of the building from the dated wood panneling and decor, a part of the ’70s has been preserved. Upstairs includes a bar, lounge seating and pool tables. The larger venue across the parking lot is more modern, very open and spacious. The pricing for both buildings is very reasonable.

The big news here is that the facility will soon be undergoing a huge makover. From what I hear the smaller two story building will be demolished and completely rebuilt offering a more modern feel.
